Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga

Are you interested in developing a deeper and more personal yoga practice?

This 6-week mid-morning course offers a welcoming introduction to the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga, helping you build strong foundations for a practice that can support you for years to come.

Throughout the course, you will learn Sun Salutations and the fundamental postures of Ashtanga Yoga while gradually developing your own self-practice at a pace that suits you. With individual guidance and support in a warm and encouraging environment, you will gain confidence, consistency, and a deeper understanding of the practice.

The course begins on Friday 5th June at 9:30am and runs for 6 consecutive weeks:

Each session lasts 75 minutes and includes both a yoga practice and a short talk.

With a maximum of 10 participants, this course is suitable for complete beginners as well as current yoga practitioners wishing to learn more about Ashtanga Yoga.
